| Overview of St. Joseph High School |
St. Joseph Central Catholic High School is a small, competitive parochial school. The entire curriculum is college preparatory. Many of our instructors use college-level textbooks and resources, expecially in the areas of English, Science and Mathematics. Our school strives to provide a strong spiritual foundation that will permeate the life of our school community and challenge our students to develop a strong personal faith.
We desire to provide a variety of opportunities for our students, ranging from sports to extra-curricular acadmeic and athletic endeavors that encourage leadership, sportsmanship, spirit and cooperation. We provide a challenging academic program that stimulates intellectual growth and promotes an enthusiasm for learning. The percentage of students pursuing four years or more of post-secondary education ranges from 90-100%. Since our students have access to personalized attention to the fundamentals of learning, they are well prepared for the rigors of a challenging college curriculum.
